Responsibilities:

? Managing the cooperation with customers including retailers/brands for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing 

   the business partnership, and increase the revenue as the end result；

 ? To monitor, approve, and assess the performance in terms of service, quality and relationship and partnership with the

   client；
? To coordinate, deliver and align operation conducts per requirements of the client；
? To act as an ambassador and point of contact for responding any queries both technical and service the client may

  have, on time and accuracy shall be ensured；
? Participate in and facilitate communication between the client and the wider Intertek global network if required to

  ensure key projects are correctly delivered within agreed timelines；
? To work closely with key vendors and local sales team for the best service delivered for the purpose of obtaining and

   enhancing the cooperation.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor above;
• 3-5 years experience in Customer service, Public relation, Account management or Sales；
• Fluent English (reading, writing& Speaking)；
• Ability to execute great communication skills;
• Ability to adapt changes and challenges;
• Background of textile industry and/or quality ensurance field is preferred.
