依工测试测量仪器(上海)有限公司是标乐(Buehler)在中国设立的分部,主要从事与用材料、结构测试,测量的设备及相关软件的研发以及生产,面向市场包括汽车,电子,生物医学等领域。1936年建立,是最早为材料分析行业制造科学设备和材料的厂商。依工测试测量仪器(上海)有限公司旗下拥有Buehler 及Wilson两大品牌,提供了更全的材料制备和分析检测设备。现已在7个国家成立办事处,在100多个国家设立销售网点并拥有超过45个解决方案中心。

公司历史 COMPANY HISTORY
  • 开端:

    在芝加哥密集制造背景下,Adolph I.Buehler,一位来自瑞士的显微镜销售,意识到客户对于金相试样制备产品的需求。Buehler 先生观察到当前的冶金方法十分耗时。在外出差时,他看到当时的设备十分原始,觉得一定有更好的方法改善这种现状。

    他结识了两位已自主研发镶嵌机和试样抛光机的教授,并产生了与他们一起开始创办企业的想法。与教授达成协议后, 他开始改进和商业化这两台机器。1936年他创立了Adolph I. Buehler公司,到1939年,因业务显著增长,公司编制了第一份产品目录。公司一开始设立在芝加哥,随后的1953年搬迁至埃文斯顿,1981年再次迁至目前的莱克布拉夫地址。公司于20世纪40年代后期开始出口设备。20世纪60年代初,美国以外的市场需求使得公司在瑞士巴塞尔开设了办事处,不久,在中东、拉丁美洲、加拿大、澳大利亚和一些欧洲国家也陆续开设了办事处。

    标乐公司100多年来传承下来的包括多位企业家、创新设计和有价值的品牌。早在1899年,Reicherter、 Wilson、 Rockwell 和Wolpert先生就设计出了硬度计产品。在此后近30年间,这些积极探索的创新者们进一步奠定了沿用至今的硬度测试技术的基础。标乐持续培养企业家精神和创新精神,以使威尔逊品牌在硬度计领域成为领先的制造商。

  • 标乐引领了金相奖项:

    自1946年以来,Buehler凭借对金相学和材料科学成就的卓越表现一直走在行业的最前沿。 ASM金相奖 ASM MetallographicAward 成为了年度ASM金相制备竞赛中的佼佼者。1958年,该竞赛更名为Francis F. Lucas Metallographic Award,并开始由Adolph I. Buehler赞助。1972年,ASM与国际金相学会 JacquetLucas Award 一起赞助了Pierre Jacquet Gold Medal和Francis F.Lucas Award金相奖。从1976年开始,这个奖项开始由标乐赞助。Jacquet Lucas Award金相奖直到现在仍由依工集团(ITW)的子公司标乐赞助。

iconThis position primarily provides solution of sales including products, service, and application knowledge to customer and agent, as well as increase brand influence in the region, assist market analysis and marketing initiatives in the region and customer relationship management.

iconESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

iconAchieve the sales and objective targets set annually by ASM and NSM;

iconExpected to show continuous improvements in this functions which include, but is not limited to building up the number of customers, partners, consultants, agents etc. and show diligent handling of these;

iconEffectively generate quotations and solutions packaged with service and application knowledge, according to customers’ real needs in given time;

icon-- Participate in new product development (product definition, concept and prototype development,verification & validation, localization)

icon-- Work with cross-functional team to ensure product design meets the requirement for manufacturing, cost and regulation.
