Global Operations Graduate Programme 2018

How do
we develop
future thinkers?


In an age of rapid change, HSBC must adapt quickly to shifts in markets and technology – so lend us your curiosity and steer yourself towards he best possible start in your career.

After a global induction in London, you will learn how to run projects, build relationships, manage risk and deliver fast-paced change. You will explore the intricacies and forward-thinking culture of our business on four six-month rotations across different functions, with one rotation taking place abroad. This will see you developing a deep understanding of the critical role Global Operations plays in delivering customer service and driving change across the bank.

Learning and development opportunities are phenomenal at HSBC, and the technical and leadership capabilities you develop will be invaluable throughout your career. We’ll also assign you a dedicated mentor to steer you in the right direction and give you access to the HSBC University.





Global Operation (HOST)


This two-year rotational programme offers final-year students and recent graduates who had less
than 3 years’ working experience to join HSBC Global Operations and develop an international career.


You will complete four six-month rotations, gaining experience of different Operations business services and locations, including our Global Services Centres. You will have the opportunity of working abroad through an international rotation. You will be actively involved in key transformation programmes that will help shape the future of Global Operations.


The programme will enable you to develop critical skills, capabilities and knowledge and explore an truly international exposure in HSBC.

To support high performing organization growth of Global Business, including Global Banking and Markets (GB&M), Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM), and Commercial Banking (CMB), we need joiners with fresh ideas, enthusiasm and determination.
