Position Title: End-User Services Analyst

Location: Shanghai


Job Description
* Provide daily level 2 end-user support following problem and change management process
* Maintain/enhance the infrastructure service including printers, voice service, IT room
* Plan and implement daily operations changes
* Coordinate with operations, DIAL and the local vendor for daily operations
* Handle backup tapes and tape movement
* Perform bill verification to ensure timely payment and accuracy
* Ensure compliance with ExxonMobil security and control standards, and carry out control plans as required in Controls Calendar
* Liaise with vendors on projects and routine maintenance issues, highlight performance and measure vendor performance and provide suggestions on vendor improvements

 

Requirements of Candidate
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* Fluent in both written and oral English (CET 6 or above)
* Familiarity with general desktop application support and operations processes
* Strong analytical, communication, customer service skills
* Able to work independently and as a team player
* Technical knowledge on general computing skills is a plus

Position Title: System Analyst


Location: Shanghai


Job Description
* Ability to translate business requirements into information technology actionable items (example: design documentation, system changes & needs for implementation, IT related purchases, operations support requirements). Execute above plan on time and on budget.
* End-to-end support of IT systems (desktop and sever OS and hardware, general LAN & network security, domain and file share access administration, applications configuration)
* Consult and advise business customers on computing systems policies and best practices. Ensure computing system resources meeting business needs and priorities
* Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions
* Work on applications break fix tickets per Problem Management Best Practice. Follow standard operations escalation process on High, Medium impact incidents.
* Implement applications changes per Change Management Best Practice and communicate to management and users accordingly
* Provides configuration records updates after change implementations to central repository


Requirements of Candidate
