3551 international top talent: Winners of internationally renowned science and technology awards such as the Nobel Prize, Turing Award, and Lasker Award; winners of the National Science and Technology Awards; academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering and academicians of overseas developed countries.
The maximum subsidy for talents is 3-5 million yuan of free funding, and up to 45 million yuan of equity investment.
3551 top talent from various industries: National-level experts and winners of national-level science and technology innovation awards; leaders of domestic and overseas national-level research project teams; deputy deans of world-renowned universities or experts and scholars at equivalent levels; technical R&D directors and core members of management teams of world top 500 companies, China top 500 companies and other famous enterprises; strategic emerging industry enterprises.
The maximum subsidy for talents is 3 million yuan of free funding and a maximum of 20 million yuan of equity investment.
3551 high level innovation and entrepreneurship talent: Experts and scholars holding the position of associate professor or master above, and relevant areas in "3 + X" industrial system with vigorous development of optoelectronic information, biomedical and medical devices, intelligent industry, brain science, artificial intelligence and other future industries, or the equivalent level in domestic and foreign universities and scientific research institutions; or high level innovative talents with two years' entrepreneurial experience.
Subsidy for college students' Entrepreneurship（one-time）
Full time ordinary college graduates (including non-local registered permanent residence) who have registered in Wuhan city and obtained business license within 5 years from the graduation school year, set up small enterprises or engage in individual business and normal operation for 6 months above, and are in normal operation state at the time of application, can apply for a one-time entrepreneurship subsidy of 8000 yuan.
Subsidy for college students' employment（one-time）In 2020, small, medium-sized enterprises and social organizations that recruit new graduates from ordinary colleges and universities who graduated within two years (from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020, including graduates from non-Wuhan universities and non-Wuhan registered permanent residence), who have signed labor contracts for more than one year and paid social insurance premiums for more than one month, can apply for one-time employment subsidy at the standard of 1000 yuan per person.
Hukou policy for graduates
Graduates of junior college or above (certified by the Ministry of Education) and under the age of 45 (doctoral and postgraduate students are not subject to age limit) can apply for permanent residence in Wuhan with graduation certificate. Their spouses and minor children can settle down with them.
Housing policy for graduates
If ordinary college students with Wuhan registered permanent residence who come to Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone to start their own business or employment within three years after graduation, and their families have no self-owned housing in Wuhan, they can rent graduates rental housing at no more than 70% of the market price; or, they can timely purchase college graduates' housing at a price of 20% off the market price.
