Finance Leadership Development Program

Delphi is seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join an exciting Finance Leadership Development Program, which is designed to develop Delphi’s next generation of leadership.
The program consists of three rotations, with one or two of these rotations outside of an employee’s home country. Finance Leadership Development Program positions are throughout the finance organization, both centrally and within our divisions, in all functions across the finance organization, including:

 
  • Corporate Development (M&A and Strategy)
    		•
  • Accounting
    		•
     
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    		•
  • Internal Audit
    		•
     
  • Investor Relations
    		•
  • Tax
    		•
     
  • Treasury
    		•   

    The program is led by senior Delphi Finance professionals and mentors and is committed to developing strong leaders for the future with the opportunity for accelerated career growth. Following successful completion of this rigorous program, employees are placed in positions that continue to provide development opportunities and increasing responsibility.


    We are looking for:
  • Finance or accounting majors strongly preferred.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Detail oriented.

  • Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Campus leadership positions.
