Delphi is seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join an exciting Operations Leadership Development Program, which is designed to develop Delphi’s next generation of leadership.
The program consists of four rotations, with one or two of these rotations outside of an employee’s home country. Operations Leadership Development Program positions are throughout the Operations organization, both centrally and within our divisions, in all functions across the Operations organization, including:

 
  • Manufacturing
    		•
  • Production Control
    		•
     
  • Quality
    		•
  • Logistics
    		•
     
  • Engineering
    		•   

    The program is led by senior Delphi Operations professionals and mentors and is committed to developing strong leaders for the future with the opportunity for accelerated career growth.  Following successful completion of this rigorous program, employees are placed in positions that continue to provide development opportunities and increasing responsibility.


    We are looking for:
  • Fluent English skills (knowledge of a second European language will be an advantage).
    		•   
  • Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
    		•
  • Students or graduates of Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain.
    		•   
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
    		•
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    		•   
  • Campus leadership positions.
    		•
  • Detail oriented.
    		•   
  • Open-minded people with willingness for travelling and working abroad.
    		•
  • Lean knowledge.
    		•   
  • Candidates with multinational experience (not required).
    		•
