IMS Health MBA Program is established for MBA students who are passionate in pharmaceutical industry or consulting business. This program will provide high quality, timely development and on-time input to client solutions for the pharmaceutical and related industries. It is intended to be a business platform of learning and getting progress for students pursuing a degree currently.

What is your responsibility during internship？

1.Conducts primary and secondary research, and analyzes research to identify key findings and learning;
2.Creates sections of reports, presentations, workshops and other client deliverables, under general guidance from experienced team
   leaders;
3.Communicates findings and recommendations;
4.Assists with proposals developments;
5.Performs quantitative or qualitative analysis;
6.Works independently or as part of a team, with some responsibility developing the career and skills of staff by coaching and sharing.

Whom we are looking for?

1. Strong academic track record including MBA or relevant graduate degree;
2. Passionate in pharmaceutical industry or consulting business;
3. Prior experience or avid interest in the healthcare and life science industries. Some project management experience;
4. 3 or more years relevant experience either in consulting with module leader experience or strong business acumen from industry;
5. Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge;
6. Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals;
7. Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/in ternal
   influences on decision making, growth and decline;
8. Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace. Knowledge of professional/trade associations, key people and companies. Effective
   time management skills.
