Q1.How is Trina Solar?

A：Founded in 1997, Trina Solar Co., Ltd (“Trina Solar”), is one of the earliest Chinese solar companies listed on the NYSE. By the end of 2017, Trina Solar had delivered more than 32 GW solar modules worldwide and had connected nearly 2 GW solar projects to grids around the world. Equipped with a strong capacity of R&D, Trina Solar has developed and launched a full range of solar solutions, including smart modules, smart systems, energy storage and smart O&M. In its downstream businesses, Trina Solar provides project development, financing, design, construction, and O&M, as well as one-stop system integration solutions for customers.

Q2.Where is Trina Solar located?

A: Headquartered in Changzhou, Jiangsu province, the workplaces will cover Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou. As for management trainee, we provide the global work rotation opportunity.

Q5.When will I get the offer after the interview?

A: Please refer to our MT recruitment process. Management Trainee are elite recruitment, and after rounds of selection, final offer will be sent out after Open Day early in November. You will be informed of your interview decision via texts, phone and e-mail.
