  施乐辉进入中国，先后在香港、台湾设立分支机构。
1993, Smith & Nephew established its branch in HK & Taiwan.
1994年
  正式登陆内地，总部设立在上海。

1999年

1999, incorporated on Smith & Nephew Medical (Shanghai) Ltd.
2007年
  施乐辉集团收购Plus后，中国区开始了重组合并之路
2007, after Plus is purchased, Smith & Nephew faces a brand new market in China and beyond with confidence.
2009年
  施乐辉中国教育学院首站在上海开业。
2009,Smith & Nephew Shanghai Education Institute Opening.
2010年
  施乐辉中国教育学院在北京和成都开业。
2010, Smith & Nephew Education Institute will be opened in Beijing and Chengdu.
