This programme is designed for graduates from across all academic disciplines as we believe in success beyond the classroom. You don’t necessarily need a Business or Economics degree; we hire Engineering, Computing, Arts and Science majors as well. The essence of your 24-month with us is to let us help you build a strong foundation in Banking regardless of your discipline, and prepare you for success as a future leader in OCBC.

24 Months Programme with Customised Job Rotations +

Our customised job rotations are designed specifically for you. Apart from corporate-wide rotations to Compliance, Operations or Branch Banking, you will also experience at least two other divisional specific rotations selected specially for your role. You will gain wider exposure and understand how the bank works, while making beneficial connections, learn from the best, and finding out where your passion truly lies.

Accelerated Career Development Plan +

Through the programme, you will receive exclusive access to mentors, resources and training to help you succeed. Application Process

Registration: All applications are acceptable from now on to Nov 30, 2018.

Online Assessment: Complete online assessment according to site guidelines. The online assessment is divided into two rounds. After passing the first round, the notification will be given to enter the second round. The final completion date for online assessment is Nov 30, 2018.

Video Interview: Those who receive the second round of online assessment will also be invited for a video interview. The video interview can be done on PC and smart phone, regardless of location or time. Video interview will open during Oct 20, 2018 to Nov 30, 2018.

HR Interview: Oct 29, 2018 - Nov 30, 2018

Assessment Center: Nov 15, 2018 - Dec 31, 2018

Offer: All offers will be extended by mid of Jan 2019.
