The NIKE Merchandising team is the guardian & voice within the organization to bring the SWOOSH to life for each and every one of our consumers.     Once onboard, Management Trainees will develop a diverse skillset through a strategically planned 24 months’ rotational program. Along the journey, you will obtain foundational understanding of our consumers, products and marketplace as well as the key competence. Your development will be supported by world-class mentors and veteran managers who will lead, coach, drive and inspire you every step of the way.
