JRTP talent program is designed for outstanding management trainee of Jinko, in order to cultivate key members and mainstay of the global manufacture factories. It enables the participants to quickly adapt by JKIBS, develop and grow in stride with Jinko Solar!


晶科商学院(简称JKIBS), 秉承“保持青涩,拒绝成熟”的校训,贯穿“实战、标杆”学习理念,落实70/30人才培养计划,自主开发”梯队人才建设体系系列课程”,包括:管理培训生JRTP、拟培养班组长JBTP、拟培养主管JMTP、新晋经理JSTP人才培养项目。

Jinko International Business School, short as JKIBS, following its original school motto-"Keep young and refuse mature" and its duty- "Integrating domestic and foreign intelligence, refreshing management conception and devoted to develop battle type talents", JKIBS is able to fulfill its learning conception, that is, Battle-type and modeling, and also carry out 70/30 training plan. Meanwhile, JKIBS developed series courses about echelon talents construction system , including management trainee JRTP , quasi group leader and monitor JBTP, quasi supervisor training JMTP and newly promoted manager JSTP training programs.


培养方针有实行自主管理、小组竞赛班级运营模式,集中理论授课、培养岗位海内外实践学习方式相结合,联合业务部门开发“案例学习”,整合研发、生产、品质、工艺、财务等领域内部最佳实践案例传承与创新形成经典案例学习课程。

Implement autonomous management、team competition class operating mode. Focus on theory teaching、combination practical approach to learning training mode at china and abroad. Cooperate with sales department to develop "case study", integrate the internal best study case from R&D, production, quality, technology, finance department…inheriting and innovating to form classic case study courses.

•应届的本科、硕士、博士毕业生,主修光伏、物理、化学、电子、电气、机械、自动化、工业工程、

财务、物流、人力资源等专业

Bachelor\Master\Doctor with major in Solar\Physics\Chemical\Electrical\Automatization\ In dustrial Engineering\Finance\Logistic\HR.etc

•具备良好的英语口语及书写能力

Good command of English in both spoken and written.

•熟练操作office系统

Adept at Microsoft office suite.

•个人特质:善于学习和分析;积极主动,以目标和结果为导向的态度;擅长沟通和人际交往;勤奋努力,诚实守信;勇于承担有挑战性的工作;具备较好的抗压能力.
