2. 2.    Citi is looking for full-time Master’s to join the regional Management Associate Program in our Global Consumer Bank (GCB) in China. GCB operates four business lines: Branded Cards, Retail Services, Retail Banking and Commercial Banking. The Management Associate Program is a flagship 24-month leadership development program with rotations across Citi’s business teams.

We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

1. We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. The Management Associate Program trains and cultivates key players in today’s changing economic environment. Management Associates complete development-focused rotations as well as with structured classroom training and mentoring. Additionally, Management Associates have access to individual development resources including continuous skills training and dedicated mentorship throughout the program. The Management Associate Program starts in July annually with intensive training that will provide essential skills knowledge as well as a comprehensive orientation to Citi’s culture. After initial training, participants will rotate across business areas to gain a comprehensive understanding of Citi.

The Management Associate Program is dedicated to giving future business leaders a complete view of Citi’s business. Through rotations and career development programming, Management Associates can expect to finish the program with deep expertise in Consumer Banking as well as operational intricacies of Citi. During the Management Associate Program, you may be involved with:
