阿克苏诺贝尔表面化学品事业部是表面活性物质和特种聚合物全球领先的供应商，全球总部在美国芝加哥，中国总办事处位于上海。全球共13个生产基地，9个研发中心，中国研发中心位于松江。目前约有1700名员工，分布在全球50多个国家。

阿克苏诺贝尔表面化学品应用广泛，表面活性剂用于各种工业和消费品中，包括清洁产品、油田、公路、农业、油墨、涂料、个人护理产品、饲料、织物和电子产品等。特种聚合物产品包括分散剂、阻垢剂、水处理剂、洗涤剂助剂等。

工作描述

• Identify and prioritize opportunities from perspectives of productivity, stability and quality.

• Process performance deviations analysis and problem solving.

• Monthly plant production report.

• Co-work with project team and technical department on process modifications / expansions.

• Detail production schedule based on production plan from planning.

• Understand and ensure all activities in compliance with the AkzoNobel HSE&S policy.

职位要求

• Bachelor degree with a major in chemical engineering or chemical related.

• Good command of both spoken and written English.

• Familiar with Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.

• Willing to work under stress and in a fast-changing environment.

• Proactive working attitude and high engagement.
