We will hire high-potential recent graduates and develop them to become future leaders of AB InBev.
To achieve this, GMTs will go through a structured, 10-month program giving them hands on business experience and a deeper look into our operations.

- 毕业于2024年9月至2025年7月之间
- 本科及以上学历,专业不限,STEM相关专业优先考虑
- 具有在中国合法工作的许可

- Students graduating between September, 2024 and July, 2025
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related degree
- Work authorization in China for which application is being submitted
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Dream big, innovative and strategic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Robust data analytical and logical skills

- High proficiency in both written and oral English
