Procurement Excellence Trainee (PET) program is targeted at attracting and developing young talents with high potential and excellent learning ability to become future procurement leaders. The development paths in the procurement business, include Raw Materials, Packaging, Logistics, Budweiser APAC Procurement Sharing Center, Indirect Sourcing, Sustainability, Planning and Performance Management, and more. During the training period, PET will have the opportunity to learn industry-leading skills and knowledge in different business environment.

The program will support the development of PET through the project system, professional training, mentorship, partnership, etc. After PET join the company, the company will arrange centralized training, during which the company’s leaders and experts in various fields will participate in the training and sharing. The training will include an introduction to Budweiser APAC, an introduction to the procurement team, brewery and market visit, and a variety of procurement-related professional training.
