The program is based in our office in Beijing and is offering positions in two different departments: Diabetes Marketing and Finance. What you will be doing
The International Chinese Graduate Program for newly graduated master's students is at least 22-month journey, consisting of three rotations. The rotations are all characterised by a steep learning curve and high expectations will be set for you. The flow and content of the rotations are shaped individually to suit your skills and development needs while meeting our business requirements and addressing our focus areas. All rotations are shaped as shown below:
Rotation 1
The first rotation takes place in our regional headquarters in Beijing, China.
Rotation 2
The second rotation will be taken place overseas.
Rotation 3
Finally, your third rotation is back in the regional headquarters in China.

International Graduate (Marketing)
Primary job goals
The objective is to develop employees with a comprehensive knowledge of the Novo Nordisk business, customer, market, value, processes, and system and provide contribution to projects, programs or solutions with highly talented potential.
Key areas of responsibility:
In DMD team, principle responsibilities:
1)Assist in coordination, organization and facilitation in various marketing projects within insulin team
2)Assist in the analysis and effectiveness of marketing activities
3)Assist in exploring new business initiatives or opportunities
4)Various ad-hoc tasks

International Graduate (Finance)
Key areas of responsibility:
(The graduate will rotate in different teams within Finance, separate job descriptions as below)
Programme description (first two rotations)
1)Preparing management report to support executive management on decision-making;
2)Act as finance partner to support LoBs on financial planning and ad-hoc business cases;
3)Provide pricing analysis using financial modelling skills;
4)Involve in internal control to seek continuous opportunities for process optimisation;
5)Conduct due diligence check in distribution audit team to ensure compliance;
6)Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Finance VP and Finance directors.
