APAC IT Servicedesk(Shanghai)

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

APAC IT Servicedesk is 1st tier IT support group for FedEx Internal users based in SG, MY, ID, TH, PH, VN, HK, JP, AU, NZ, TW, KR, GU, CN and partial US regions. We are using ITIL as operation framework to cooperate closely with other IT parties and Vendors.

Our goal is to provide Fast and Efficient 1st level solution to end users who has problems in using IT products in order to minimize the potential impact on business. For example, Exchange email, Office365, Oracle Iplanet email, Blackberry, Airwatch; or FedEx characterized applications like Custom clearance system, Dispatch system, Weight Balance system...

Also we are the first contact point for users to report IT crisis or outages. So ability in crisis management and Time management is crutially important.

NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS:

1、Bachelor degree or above.

2、Excellent command of oral English.

3、Good verbal communication skills.

4、Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and sense of responsibility.

Network Engineer(Familiar with Cisco)(Shanghai)

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1、Provide pre-sales technical support to Cisco internal customers via telephone, e-mail,web, and chat.

2、Provide pre-sales technical support for Cisco external customers:

  - addressing and processing customer inquiries and issues

  - documenting and communicating actions taken for customer inquiries to support (including part numbers, pricing, product availability, licensing, features,functionality, promotions, software and hardware specifications, and initial configuration assistance, compliance, services, etc.)

  - baseline inquiries for other Cisco services, to determine proper case routing

Requirements:

1、Diploma / Degree Holder in IT, Computer Science or relevant discipline.

2、Strong foundation in networking and IT security.

3、Hands-on with the implementation of or administration of networking devices like firewalls (Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint etc), routers, switches and load balancers.

4、Candidate with Systems or Networking related certification will be an advantage.

5、Candidate with networking related certification - CCNP and above.

Technical Information Specialist(Shanghai)

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process customer’s technical inquiry, resolve and reply customer in 3 working days.

1、Collect customer info and log case in CRM system.

2、Capture Qlead socket while process customer’s technical inquiry and meet Qlead input & hit rate.

3、Offer product training and testing to team.

4、Self-paced training in leisure time.

5、Another job which TL assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1、Above college degree, major in E/E, or other related fields.

2、FAE experience, hardware circuit design or software design on related part (DSPC5000/ MCU/ Power/ Amplifier/ Data Converter).

3、Familiar with electronic components fields or IC market.

4、Good English skills on reading and writing.

5、Good customer service attitude.

6、Familiar with MS office and web tools.

7、Good communication skills and team spirit.

8、Active to learn new knowledge, flexible and open ideas.
