1、Assist to set up equipment and production line for new project
2、Assist to do the debugging job with suppliers for new equipment, identify the defects of the equipment and report to superiors.
3、According to the 3D drawings which from suppliers, convert 3D into PSS format 2D drawings for the key parts (such as fixture and key parts).
4、Modify existing PLC program according to production or customer requirements.

Qualification:
1、Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree major in mechanical engineering or automation engineering.
2、Expertise / Skills: AutoCAD or similar software / ProE or similar software / Programming knowledge (National Computer Rank Examination Band 2) / Mechanical Principle / Theoretical Mechanics / Automatic Control Principle.
3、Good communication both in English and Mandarin
4、Personal Attributes: Diligent in learning, Positive, Team work.

Key areas of accountability:
1、Plan utilization of equipment to improve the efficiency of operations.
2、Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as process flow charts and production schedules to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment
3、Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as reorganizing work flow and relocating work stations and equipment.

Qualification:
1、Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Automation/ Mechanical/ Industrial/ Acoustical and related majority.
2、Good communication both in English and Mandarin

Key areas of accountability:
1、Assist Senior Quality Engineer to manage product quality at product whole life cycle from TR to EOL to ensure produce smoothly and satisfy with customer requirement.
2、Work with cross functional team (both internal and external) to solve quality issue in manufacturing process and outgoing quality control.
3、Handle customer complaint (8D) and warranty returns, drive corrective and preventive actions.
4、Planning and implementation of layer audit and annual audit.

Qualification:

Key areas of accountability:
1、Sales Order Processing:
●Receive, feedback customer orders & forecasts in accordance to agreement with customer
●Plan production quantities according to bottleneck capacity
2、 Production/Shipment planning:
●Ensure timely delivery of goods from factory, in time for shipment to customers.
3、 Order Cancellation:
●In the event of order cancellation or EOL (end of life) announcement made by customers, follow up with factory and procurement to compile the outstanding inventory (FG/WIP/Component) that the customer is liable for.
●Follow up with customers on the obsolescence payment
4、 Inventory Control:
●Cooperate with Procurement, keep supply chain move smoothly while avoiding obsolescence risk
●VMI management and consignment management
●Analyze and control inventory
5、 Invoicing:
●Ensure invoicing of Customer/Supplier on time and accuracy;
6、 Project Handling
●With the guidance from Supervisor, ensure timely setup logistic module/EDI connection for new customers at global level;
●With the guidance from Supervisor, ensure critical components are available timely to support the production start;
●With the guidance from Supervisor, ensure customer demands are translated properly into a planning to Sub-contractor and follow up with Sub-contractor for the production planning/BOM components availability;
7、 System Support:
●Update and maintain Planning functions in MRP system

Qualification:
1、Academic / Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management and related majority. Good communication both in English and Mandarin Personal Attributes: Able to work under pressure, analytical, flexible and customer-oriented attitude. Highly motivated.

Key areas of accountability:
1.Training
• Assist to operation skills training and auditing system with the support of Shenzhen HR team.
• Conduct blue collars’ operation skill auditing with related function heads and keep good records. Generate improvement plan and follow up implementation.
• Responsible for training activities implementation for PSS Dongguan plant.

2.Staffing
• Maintain new hires personal files to align with factory system requirement as well as law and regulation compliance.

3.Others
• Ensure site HR operations are compliance with Labor law and other government regulations and report any abnormal issues timely to the management.
• Maintain and update monthly Headcount/turnover rate report.
• Other ad hoc works assigned by HR manger.

Qualification:
