The International Chinese Graduate Program is tailored for newly-graduated Chinese master's students and is an ideal opportunity to join a successful and ambitious international company. The program is based in our office in Beijing and is offering positions in two different departments: Diabetes Marketing and Finance. This is a great opportunity for future business leaders to gain international experience in a world-leading company.

What you will be doing

The International Chinese Graduate Program for newly graduated master's students is at least 22-month journey, consisting of three rotations. The rotations are all characterised by a steep learning curve and high expectations will be set for you. The flow and content of the rotations are shaped individually to suit your skills and development needs while meeting our business requirements and addressing our focus areas. All rotations are shaped as shown below:

Rotation 1

The first rotation takes place in our regional headquarters in Beijing, China.

Rotation 2

The second rotation will be taken place overseas.

Rotation 3

Finally, your third rotation is back in the regional headquarters in China.

The graduate profiles - General Requirements

• A master’s degree from 2019 to 2021 in a relevant field and above average academic achievements

• International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering

• Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies

• International mind-set and ability to adapt quickly to change

• Team-player, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn

• Globally mobile and professional fluency in English

  Job Description：

  1、To understand the market situation, customer insight and market access process.

  2、To involve the marketing strategy development and business opportunity identification.

  3、To organize the assigned activities with planning, coordination and execution.

  4、To assist organizing the big events with team members.

  5、To contribute to the development and improvement of IGP, and to support the Programme in attracting potential candidates.

  6、To live the Novo Nordisk Way of Management and incorporate this in all actions.

  1、A master’s degree from2019 to 2021 in a relevant field, for example within marketing, branding, product management, business or communication – and above average academic achievements

  2、International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering

  3、Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies

  Job Description：

  1、Participate in budgeting and cost control process; prepare management report and decision support material;

  2、Contribute to the execution of various projects and initiatives that can drive changes or optimize processes within Finance and Line of Business.

  3、Participate in Sarbox design review with Sarbox Consulting, GIA Sarbox audit coordination and continuous improvement in the internal control process.

  4、Review reimbursements/payments to ensure the spending made on proper and ethical manners.

  And the job requirements are:

  1、A master’s degree from 2019 to 2021 in a relevant subject, for example within finance, economics, business administration or management accounting

  2、A minimum of 6 month’s international experience from working, studying or voluntary work

  3、Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies

  4、No more than 1 years of work experience after finishing your master’s

  5、Above average academic achievements

  1、To explore digitalization opportunities in FITAP

  2、To lead the digitalization projects in FITAP and take charge of IT part

  3、To set up the governance for digitalization projects and the consequent maintenance

  4、To recommend a digitalization competency development roadmap

  And the job requirements are:

  1、A master’s degree from 2019 to 2021 in a relevant subject, for example within finance, economics, business administration or management accounting

  2、Experience in RPA, Visualization or chatbot are preferred.
