Through our Campus Recruitment in the second half of 2007, the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group is seeking 2008 university graduates to be part of the MISE program.
MISE is not for everybody. To succeed in MISE, you must be talented, hard-working and possess a determination to succeed.

No matter which university you will graduate from, you are welcome to apply online for the MISE program if you meet the following basic requirements:
- Bachelor degree upon graduation in 2008
- For Finance MISE trainees, major in Finance, Economics or a Management-related discipline; for General MISE’s, there is no preference for the major or discipline
- Sufficient English proficiency. Writing, listening and verbal skills are all considered equally important
- High mobility and adaptability to changes, willingness to be relocated, and open-mindedness
