Global Core Talent-2021 Campus Recruitment Program is designed for outstanding management trainees of Jinko Solar, for cultivating key members and mainstay of the global manufacture factories. Based on one-year all-around training program, it can help trainees adapt to the working environment, motivatetheindividual potential, improveability andgrowinstride withJinkoSolar! Thetraining mode carries out the independent management class operation mode, group competition, focusing on theory teaching, on-the-job training and domestic and overseas practice. We will cooperate with business division to develop ‘case study’, integrating the internal best study case from R&D, production, quality, process, finance department so as to form classic case study courses. Based on this one to two years training program, our aim is to let them grow into fullydevelopedmanagerialtalentsandcoretechnicaltalents.

应聘要求
Your Profile
- 应届的本科、硕士、博士毕业生，主修光伏、物理、化学、电子、电气、机械、自动化、 工业工程、财务、物流、人力资源等专业 。
Bachelor\Master\Doctor’s degree with major in Photovoltaic, Physics, Chemistry, Electronic, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Automatic, Industry Engineer, Finance, Logistics, HR Management, etc. - 具备良好的英语口语和书写能力，同时具备其他外语能力者优先。
Good command of English in both spoken & written. Skilled in other languages will be a plus. - 熟练操作 office 系统。
Be skilled at Microsoft Office. - 个人特质：善于学习和分析；积极主动，以目标和结果为导向的态度；有独立的工作能力和创造力，擅长沟通和表达，责任心强；勇于承担有挑战性的工作；具备较好的抗压能力.。
