Operations Supervisor |

Main Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), WI, PCP, PFMEA for production function that approved by Quality/Engineering, and ensures that employees follow them. Audit and analyze process procedures as practiced in-house to assure performance to specifications Provide timely solutions irregardless of material variances, major quality problem, EHS (Environment, Health &Safety) and any others issues occurred in the line. Coordinate for proper production schedule, maintenance of machines/equipments and any other issues occurred in the shift.
Supervises and trains production personnel to perform individual scope of work, constantly coach with established standard operation manual/ process/procedure/ company policies and procedure
Requirements :
Bachelor degree or above with the major of Engineering or Business Administration; Strong analytical ability and systemic thinking way for problem solving; Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others; Demonstrate strong leadership potential;
CET 6 or above |

PC&L Supervisor |

Major Responsibilities :
Supervise timely transportation of material and goods, to meet requirement of production and customers;
Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment;
Maintain management control systems and support goals of Business Plan;
Coordinate material handling/production control activities and related area.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree or above with the major of Supply Chain/Logistic;
Strong analytical ability and systemic thinking way for problem solving;
Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others;
Demonstrate strong leadership potential;
Good English in oral and wring, CET 6 or above.

Quality Engineer |

Major Responsibilities :
Keep Quality System implementation constantly;
Perform tightly quality control in daily work;
Utilize the quality and statistic tools to solve problem;
Check the daily process audit record and periodically participate in process audit;
Assist Customer Quality Team to implement customer's external audit, focus on the non conformance items to make continuous improvement plan.
Assist Quality Manager to prepare monthly quality performance report, and Quality Documentation management.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree or above with the major of Electrical Chemical;
Strong analytical ability and systemic thinking way for problem solving;
Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others;
Good English in oral and wring, CET 6 or above. |

Facility/Maintenance Supervisor |
Headcount: 2 |

Major Responsibilities :
Ensure all equipments in good working situation;
Draft periodical facility/maintenance plan;
Communicate with Government Unit to guarantee plant operation requirement for power and water;
Support continuous cost reduction for key spare part price and localization and service contract.
Requirements :

Process Engineer |

Major Responsibilities :
Understand the manufacturing technology of lead-acid battery;
Compile/update the process specification and control plan and give the reasonable modification with the real production situation;
Solve the process problems occurring in production timely;
Participate in process testing work during new product exploitation, draft process test plan and process test summarise;
Check the daily process audit record and periodically participate in process audit;

MS degree in Electrical or Electronics; Experience with high voltage EV/HEV systems is desired; Strong analytical ability and systemic thinking way for problem solving; Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others;

Detailed design and coding of embedded software modules;
Perform or support as required, the integration of software modules including application and low level software;
Test software functions, components, and features/applications;
Support customer test events;
