内部销售定向培训生

职责描述:

1. 与全球大客户及行业客户直接建立联系，通过电话，邮件等多种方式开发新客户；
2. 根据大客户的应用和业务模式，为客户提供有效的产品解决方案和商务合作方案；
3. 与惠普内部部门协作，完成产品销售、合同签署、订单管理等完整的业务执行；
4. 与各地区域销售合作，共同开展客户背景、竞争对手、合作伙伴、客户关系发展等专业分析，达成销售业绩，扩大市场份额；
5. 维护与客户的长期稳定合作关系，提升惠普产品影响力。

渠道内部销售

职责描述:

1. 通过电话或者其他电子平台方式管理渠道的合作伙伴
2. 完成既定渠道销售任务量（PC&NB为主），提高惠普的市场份额
3. 以4-6级别城市为重点，拓展新合作伙伴，增加惠普渠道容量

商用PC大客户销售

职责描述:

1. 负责惠普PC产品/解决方案在所辖地区的行业销售工作，执行并完成公司季度、年度销售计划
2. 根据公司市场策略，维护和拓展现有渠道结构，积极发展行业客户
3. 与客户及合作伙伴保持良好沟通，实时把握客户需求
4. 提升产品在所负责区域的市场占有率和美誉度

商用PC渠道销售

职责描述:

1. 负责惠普PC产品/解决方案在所辖地区及周边的市场渠道开拓与销售工作，执行并完成公司季度、年度销售计划
2. 根据公司市场策略，维护和拓展现有渠道结构，积极发展行业客户
3. 与客户及合作伙伴保持良好沟通，实时把握客户需求
4. 提升产品在所负责区域的市场占有率和美誉度

Quality Program Management（重庆）

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates a project within a program involving one or more functions and project teams to promote quality culture and drive the quality improvement process for products or service offerings.
• Develops portions of support requirements for assigned project, including budgets, and resource allocation plans, in accordance with provided plan and specifications.
• Coordinates the activities of associated project teams; tracks progress against established plans, reports results, and makes recommendations for alterations or updates to program manager.
• Supports program communications, including creation of status reports and summaries, tracking escalations and resolutions of issues, coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates, and updating project and program plans.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.

机械工程师

Responsibilities:

• Provides domain-specific expertise in mechanical engineering and overall engineering leadership and perspective to inkjet printer related mass production solutions activities, including yield efficiency, quality management and cost savings, etc.
• Manages and optimizes inkjet printer related manufacturing solutions with internal and outsourced partners on engineering design and development.
• Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and manufacturing efficiency; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and manufacturing cost.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the engineering designs and manufacturing processes.
• Reviews and drives engineering solutions for field quality escalations.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to MPa engineers.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, or equivalent.

职位要求:

1. 2019届毕业生，专科及以上学历，专业不限
2. 韩语母语水平，语音语调标准，敬语使用熟练
3. 具备优秀的客户服务意识，踏实，认真，有高度的责任心
4. 具备良好的沟通能力和不断的学习能力，能够独立处理问题
5. 具备基本的计算机和打印机知识者优先

财务实习生

Job Description:

• Look through the contracts in the POs to understand how programs are structured and billed.
• Identify possible compliance risks and saving opportunities.
• Understand the content of the outsourced service expense, help to categorize corresponding spend into right groups based on spend nature and purpose, improve current reporting process.
• Look through PO process, check commodity code usage and provide details to each FA to take action if any error.
• Identify recurring expense and Non Recurring expense to improve predictability.

Skillset:

• Ability to understand the contracts and pick up relevant data points, interact and clarify with program owners when required.

Language capability:

• Mandarin, English, Japanese (at least 2 out of 3), study in business/Finance/Legal
