Professional Skills/Requirements
• Education –Ph.D. in Polymer Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer, Polymer Engineering, Polymer Structure, Polymer Mechanics, Material Chemistry
• Professional experience in one of the following areas is highly preferable:
o Structure-property relationship of polyolefin science, especially catalyst design, polymerization process, post modification.
o Thermoplastic vulcanite (TPV) or Dynamically Vulcanized Alloys (DVA) involving the processing, curing and fundamental property understanding.
o Structure-property relationship of butyl & rubber composites, including polymer synthesis, structure-performance modeling, additives, curing and compounding process.

Job Description:
Work as Financial Analyst and opportunities to take various roles in Shanghai Finance Organization, i.e. Treasurer’s, Credit and Corporate Financial Services.
Corporate Financial Services: Provide accounting and reporting services to all PRC affiliates, i.e. Financial Close and Reporting, Inventory Valuation, Bank accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting and etc. Ensure the completeness and the accuracy of the financial records and their compliance with the ExxonMobil US and local statutory accounting standards. Report monthly earnings and quarterly financial statements to corporate headquarters, including analysis and follow up with business contacts
Treasurer: Responsible for day-to-day treasury operation for PRC affiliates, business services support, and other ad hoc or special projects as required. The roles include but not limited to cash management, affiliate finance and provide financial advice and support Business Lines in securing the required local regulatory approvals for major projects, acquisitions and divestitures.
Credit : Perform daily credit operation in accordance with credit guidelines and procedures; Conduct customer visit, as required, to obtain information to facilitate credit evaluation and to resolve credit issues; Work with Sales and Collections Specialists to monitor payment performance and follow up overdue collections.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Responsibility
· Work as lubricant product technical expert to provide professional product application advice and consultation to lubricant hotline inquiries
· Timely and accurate responses to all inquiries (via telephone, fax, email, on-line chat, as appropriate) from existing and prospective customers, distributors, and company staff.
· Leverage and support updating of on-line customer self-help tools (e.g. Distributor locator, product selectors, product data sheet, Material Safety Data Sheet, etc.) to support customer queries and provide additional technical information where appropriate.
· Identify sales leads through expert technical consultation and provide to appropriate sales channel.
· Record customer complaints received via hotline inquiries, and direct to appropriate responsible functions, and support in complaint follow-up and resolution.
· Provide customer support to Mobil used oil analysis service, from user system support, data interpretation, to troubleshooting where appropriate
· Maintain records of hotline interactions through appropriate database tool and system, to enable collecting and analysis of market insights as required.
