Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering related, Master prefer;

• Solid basic knowledge for Environmental-, or Safety-, or Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry;

• Willing to learn the chemical process and operations knowledge;

• Good skill in computer, especially for MS Office soft-wares;

• Good in English both in speaking and writing, a plus for German;

• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Rotate and develop within the first 2 years across application fields in Segment, which cover but not limit to the areas of Production Engineer，Lab Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, SCM.

• To provide monthly business analysis report for Business Line, so that the overall business health can be managed and maintained. This involves analysis of the sales and margin gaps and derive a set of action plans to fix the problems.

• To compile the yearly budget deck so that it reflects the implementation of business strategy and the measurement of business yardstick.

• Be part of the integrated business planning process, such that sales demand forecast is being compiled and constrained to within the supply capability limit, to be able to provide financial forecast based in supply constraints,

• To provide business case financial projection for project evaluation and justification.

• Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management.

Rotate and develop within the first 2 years in Cosmetic Raw Material field to get a general insight of cosmetic industries, which covers but not limit to cosmetics or/and cleaning regulation, cosmetic market intelligence and PP or/and HH lab work.

• Assist on monitoring and interpretation of Chinese cosmetic regulation under CSAR, including but not limited to raw material, finished products, toothpaste, etc.

• Working independently with global regulatory team to complete the submission work of cosmetics raw material data sheet in time

• Prepare all kinds of regulatory documents as required independently, including but not limited to questionnaire, statement and explanation. And also support to provide regulatory supports to customers and business

• Coordinate and support GHS, China/EU/Korean REACH, hazardous chemical registration issues with local product stewardship team

• Other tasks assigned by team leader.

• Master or Bachelor or Doctor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Food Science, Public Health, Toxicology, Laws (qualification certificate is a plus), or other equivalent background.

• Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese. Willing to work in a collaborative matrix environment.
