Mech.Process Design Engineer(HVAC，Utility)
Job Responsibilities:
- Basic design, calculation of paint shop utilities, shop ventilation etc.
设计部涂装车间公用动力、厂房通风等设备的基本设计，计算
- Design for piping, ducting of utilities and shop ventilation with AutoCAD, MicroStation
应用AutoCAD, MicroStation 设计制图公用动力、厂房通风的管道、风管
- Technical clarification and design coordination for shop ventilation, utility and fire protection, also the waste water, RO water and Chiller system
参与厂房通风、公用动力及设备消防，废水处理、纯水和冷冻水系统的技术澄清和设计协调
- Check the design/document from subcontractors
检查监理下包的设计和技术文档
- Quality, schedule and cost control to the projects
控制项目工程质量、工期和成本
- Evaluation and decision of modification on site
评估与决策现场设计更改
- Coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, interdepartmental and customers
协调下包、供应商、不同部门以及客户
Job Qualifications:
1． Bachelor degree with relevant major, HVAC, Utility, Plumbing preferred
大学本科，暖通空调、公用动力管道工程专业
2.Familiar with related codes, regulations and international project operation
熟悉相关法律法规以及国际工程项目运行
3. Design drawing with AutoCAD, MicroStation (or SolidWorks)
能应用AutoCAD, MicroStation (或SolidWorks) 设计制图
4. Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
能以英文交流（口语、书面）
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
良好的人际沟通能力
6. Work experience at international industrial construction site preferred
有国际工业建筑施工现场工作经验者从优
7.Team work spirit and self-driven
有团队精神，能独立工作
