Responsibilities:

  • ● Work as part of a new product development team to develop our products and manufacturing processes.

  • ● Provide innovative solutions to optimize Supply Chain Operations internal and external processes, policies, protocols, and tools to enable the best cost, quality, and delivery of Cisco products.

  • ● Assist with creating, analyzing, and releasing product and process documentation.

  • ● Work with cross functional teams to problem solve and drive innovative & transformational programs across the supply chain.

  • ● Provide quantitative analysis of data to drive decision making and improve processes and toolss

  • ● Collaborate with marketing, finance, sales and the Supply Chain Organization to develop supply chain strategies and protocols.

  • ● Opportunity to learn about various supply chain, sourcing, and manufacturing methodologies such as designing, sourcing, and executing for Manufacturing / Cost / Quality / Reliability / Packaging / Assembly.

     

EducationEligibility Criteria (Bachelor):

  • Desired Degree: Bachelor’sDegree (BA/BS/etc)

  • Desired Major: BusinessAdministration, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering,Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Manufacturing orequivalent, all relevant Engineering disciplines

  • Minimum CGPA of3.0

    The Supply Chain Operations – Full time University Hire Rotation Program is designed to help you achieve this, whilst experiencing a broad spectrum of our products and supply chain processes first hand.

    The program runs for 18 months, and consists of two 9 months non-technical rotational assignments in our Global Supplier and Global Manufacturing Operations teams. Program assignments are based on both candidate interest and business needs. After completing the program there is a possibility of an additional international assignment .
