Role &Responsibilities:
In this role as Software QA Interns Engineer, you will:
-Perform installation and hotfix upgrade/downgrade test on supported platforms;
-Perform manual UI test under supported locales for products;
-Reproduce and identify specific issues related to the company's products, file bugs, and verify developer's fixes for these bugs;
-Perform manual test cases, design and input test cases in testlink or jama system, including both black box and white box test cases, to cover various aspects of the products;
-Monitor and run regression suite and report regression bug based on regression test result;
Minimum Qualifications
:
-Excellent English communication skills in reading and writing at related technical communications;
-Excellent team player and be able to work with both the local (Beijing) teams and remote US teams, across multiple functions, such as development and QA;
-Major in computer science or related;
-Familiar with software testing or software development process;
Desired Skills :
-Familiar with software testing and related testing methodology;
-Java programming skill is a plus ;
-1 year or more years working experience on one type of RDBMS systems, such as Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL Server. Hands-on experience with SQL is a plus;
-Working experiences on Windows and various Unix/Linux systems is a plus;
