Cisco Technical Assistance Center(TAC) - helps to ensure that Cisco products and network operate efficiently:
1. Cisco TAC receives high marks from customers for quick, effective response and issue resolution.
2. 1,030+ CCIE® professionals, broad expertise in Cisco technologies and products, ownership of complex issues, commitment to high quality customer experience -- rapid issue resolution
3. The staff is qualified to execute in several different critical areas:
• Situation appraisal- where priority issues are resolved through action planning.
• Problem analysis- where all problems are diagnosed consistently, regardless of the technology
• Decision analysis- where good, solid, actionable decisions are made to addressproblems/issues
• Potential problem analysis- where risks are avoided and mitigated

Responsibilities:
• Provide second line phone/email/fax consultation to independently debug complex product problems.
• Act as a technical expert and provides systems/product training on a world-wide basis.
• Act as a focal point for large account network problem resolution.
• Act as a technical expert. Provided support on a world-wide basis.
• Typically interface with lower level CSE's, VARs, OEMs & end-users & internal engineering departments. Impact is major.
• Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Applies known solutions to solve problems.

Requirements:
Educational Background
• Typically requires Bachelor/Master of Science in a technical field (Computer Science /Electrical Engineering preferred)or equivalent. Must have skill/experiences
• Demonstrate an aptitude and appetite for learning new technologies, evidenced by the ability to expand upon core knowledge.
• Crisis management skills.
• Ability to analyze, use and configure small to medium networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivation, have strong sense of responsibility & team work spirit.
Good to have skill/experiences
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)desired.
• TCP/IP Knowledge will be plus.
• Programming Skill
