Education and Experience:
1.  Knowledge and skills typically acquired by obtaining a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge)
2.    0-1 year directly related experience.

Requirements:
1.  Requires basic skills in change management, problem solving, communication skills, product technology, personal effectiveness, team skills and quality.
2.  Requires knowledge of systems and software necessary to perform job function such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Inventor, AutoCAD.
