职位职责：
This position will be a development position which will require the candidate to undergo special on-the job training at one of our China FRP locations for 1-2 years. Product development, customer service, and process improvement projects in an aluminum rolling plant will be used to grow the technical and problem-solving skills of the candidate. The candidate will also travel to other locations in US or Europe and to ATC to receive training in their specialty. The candidate will be mentored by professionals with the China Technical Center and China Rolled Products organziations. At the end of the training period the candidate will be assigned to a CRP fabricating location to help lead product and process improvement activities.

- Advanced degree with proven ability to do independent R&D projects. Experience with aluminium alloys and physical metallurgy preferred.
- PhD in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science.
