| Responsibility: • Responsible for key technologies research in PHY and MAC layers for 3GPP LTE, 4G esp. on multi-user/Network MIMO and cross-layer optimal resource allocation etc. • Strong theoretical analysis and system-level simulations for system performance evaluation • Need to accomplish patents and contributions to international standards and able to regularly communicate with international experts |
| Requirements • Strong research experience on OFDM and MIMO or cross-layer resource allocation • Familiar with Matlab, C, OPNET etc • Favorite research work, team-working and creativity • Be fluent in written/oral English, CET-6 • PhD in wireless communication with solid theoretical background |
