Test Development Engineer (HW or SW)

Position Title: Test Development Engineer (HW or SW)
Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:
• Develop the manufacturing test strategy/test specification for A-LU product(Convergence, Wireline, Wireless, etc)
• Review the “Design for Test”/testability of the new product design and interact with designer to improve the test coverage.
• Design and implementation of the manufacturing/industrial test equipment/HW/SW.
• Detect product issues on Trial-run production and provide feedback to R&D
• Deploy test equipment/Tool and compose technical documentations/training for production line
• Continuous improvement (Test throughput, Test Yields, Flexibility, test coverage, easy to use, troubleshooting…)

Requirements
• More than 1 years experience in technical project related to HW development/SW development . Have basic knowledge about the telecom product/technology ex. Voice switch, xDSL, Data, Optical Transmission, Mobile Network, etc.

Common:
• Be familiar with general test instrument usage and control by PC will be preferred.
• Good working enthusiasm and teamwork spirit.
• Good in communication skill and problem solving.
• Good writing, reading & speaking skills in English, CET6 and above, or equivalent.
• Bachelor degree and above, major in Communication, Computer, Electronics or related field.

For Test HW development:
• Be familiar with design of analog/digital circuit and FPGA/PLD. Experiences on telecom product development is preferred
• Experienced in using at least one of the following schematic/Layout tools: Mentor, ORCAD, POWERPCB, Protel, etc.
• Be familiar with basic SW development knowledge.

Or for test SW development:
• Be familiar with at least one of the following programming language: C, Teststand, Labwindows, Labview, VC++, VB, HP-VEE
• Be familiar with analog/digital circuit knowledge and basic HW development procedure.
