| Responsibility: • Setting commodity strategy for commodities with Alcatel Cooperate Purchasing and sourcing competitive suppliers in both domestic and global market as benchmark • Negotiate with suppliers in order to achieving saving target, ensure better payment term, short lead-time, good quality, on time delivery and logistics program • Support Advanced Procurement activities with LCA (Local Component Appraisal) in order to help the purchasing strategy setting in product development process, risk avoidance, support certification process and communicate about market information • Review the commodity information and analyze the suppliers in order to track the suppliers & material information and ensure the prompt action |
| Requirements • Knowledge of relative commodity market status; knowledge of foreign trade (practice, relevant law, etc.) • SAP preferred, Excel, Access • Fluent in oral and written English, CET-6 • Bachelor or above, Major in Electronic Engineering, Electronic Mechanic, or International trade is preferred |
