| Business Group/Platform: WLBG Department: Access Position Title: Hardware Development Engineer Location: Shanghai |
| Responsibility: • Get involved in complete design phase from concept to volume with adherence to development process • Support Senior engineer to carry out feasibility analysis • Implement requirement with cost-effective, high quality design under instruction • Develop test plan and work with cross-functional team(SW,HdS,PT) to verify design meeting requirement • Responsible for delivering full-set documentation for manufacturing • Support qualification engineer to carry out compliance test on the product • Responsible for sustaining of developed product if necessary, such as second source qualification, solving manufacturing and customer issue |
| Requirements • Solid Electrical Engineering knowledge, well understanding of digital & analog technology • Strong learning desire and good self-study ability • Self motivated, initiative, ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Open mind, good team work spirit • Skills/tools such as PLD/FPGA logic design, schematic, Layout, etc. • HW relevant experiences • CET-6, Excellent English written and verbal communications skills • Master , major in Communication Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related is preferred |
