友邦资讯科技有限公司 (AIAIT) 是美国友邦保险有限公司(AIA)亚太总部属下之分支机构。本公司先后在广州、北京设立地区总部。本公司的宗旨是为其美国国际集团(AIG) 属下在亚太地区的公司提供应用软件开发和资讯服务。友邦资讯科技(广州)有限公司于1994年10月成立，友邦创新科技资讯科技（北京）有限公司于2000年9月成立。

1) Information Systems Engineer

Work Location : Guangzhou, Beijing
Job Requirement
■ Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline
■ Good command of both written and spoken English
■ Strong initiative and communication skills
■ Good learning ability and team work spirit
■ Self starter and willing to working under pressure
■ Familiar with ES/9000, AS/400 is preferable
■ With one of the following experience would be preferred:
■ Internet-related experience with the following development tools:
■ VisualAge for Java, ASP, C/C++, JAVA, JSP, XML
■ PowerBuilder, VB, COBOL, DB2/400, Sybase, NT SQL Server
Job Responsibility
■ To be interactive in communicating with users in Southeastern Asia Region to collect their requirements for system maintenance and new system development
■ To participate in programming, troubleshooting and system testing on different platforms
■ To participate in the preparation of System Design Statements, Program Specifications and System Test Plans in accordance with CMMi requirements
■ To prepare other required system documents
■ To provide assistance in analyzing and solving technical problems |

 How time flies. After a four-month internship, we are now leaving AIAIT (GZ), where we have spent our happiest time and also hardest time.
The familiar smile in the lift, the complaisant communication in the mails, the nice and painstaking directing, the happy talk during team lunch, and the truehearted blessing for one’s birthday…. It is the warmth of all these, that waked we up with smile on the face.
Thanks to AIAIT, who taught us much: how to cooperate, how to self-manage, how to fast learn. Here, we began to step out the tower of ivory and stepped forward to the society. Thanks to our dear fellows, who helped us to grow with their worshipful personality charming.
We are full of gratitude to AIAIT, and we will treasure up this beautiful journey forever.

在AIAIT实习的四个半月中，我最大的收获是耐心和细心。作为实习生，对公司所用到的技术、工作流程和所用的系统都很不了解，需要耐心向同事请教和学习；而我的工作与数据有很大关系，更需要细心进行处理。公司里的同事认真积极的工作态度是我最好的学习榜样，从他们身上，我看到了对待工作应有的责任感，这和我们在学校做的任何事情都不一样，工作做的质量直接影响到客户的满意度以及公司的利益，半点来不得马虎。
其次，四个半月的时间更让我的沟通和团队合作能力得到很大的提高，有问题会试着与同事沟通，寻求各方面的帮 助，而不会仅仅是一个人花大量时间走许多不必要的路才得到解决。这些都让我在以后的学习和生活中受益匪浅。
