为配合银联卡跨境业务发展，支持创新产品落地，业务规则岗人员根据需求对银联国际各类业务规则文档进行起草、修订及发布，并为境外机构提供相关培训工作，以保证业务规则合规、有效，能支持业务的发展及产品的实施。
Summary:
To assist the development of UnionPay card in overseas market and support product implementation, this position needs to analyze the demands for rules and draft/revise/release related rules accordingly. It will also be responsible to provide training for UnionPay rules to UPI members to ensure the compliance and effective delivery of the rules.

1. Responsible for the drafting, amendment and release of UPI rules, including analysis of the demands, related evaluation and research, forming the amendment proposal etc.;
2. Coordinate the works related to internal approval and external approval;
3. Participate in the training and promotion of UPI rules, including the training for UPI members;
4. Actively take part in the research of other card schemes and improve the UPI rules;
5. Participate other rules related works on the basis of necessity.

Responsible for developing pricing schemes for international businesses or UPI products and setting up fee rates based on competitiveness analysis; Conducting researches on pricing mechanisms and running simulations, as well as to build pricing models. Developing P&L tracking mechanisms for impacts of new pricing after coming into effect.

1. Communicating and discussing with the overseas branches or other HQ departments such as Product Department on the background and the competitive analysis of a new pricing proposal and assisting to get the proposal approved by the management level;
2. Setting up competitive Service Fee rates based on cost analysis and conducting following P&L analysis;
3. Provide trainings to UPI members and internal department;
4. Management of members' fee information and conducting manual fee collections on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct risk assessment for applicant institution, particularly its credit status and potential financial risk to UnionPay;
2. Conduct KYC and Due Diligence to understand applicant institution’s information about shareholder, product and business, regulation environment and internal control, etc.;
3. Record and archive all relevant materials during the processes of applicant institution’s assessment and KYC/DD;
4. Provide review comments, draft and implement the corresponding solution;
5. Maintain and manage applicant institution’s risk deposit, including recording, tracking, reporting, etc.;
6. Conduct ongoing monitoring and assessment and KYC/DD for existed institutions;
7. Draft and update the rules, standards and procedures for risk/compliance assessment.

Responsibilities:

2. Planning and sort out configuration spec for all kinds of network equipment, such as datacenter, cabling and rack mounting;
