  You will experience:

  (1) To develop basic market research skills / competencies via on-the-job learnings and class room trainings:
  a. To support project team on overall execution of market research project to ensure timely delivery, and assist in proposal preparation.
  b. To assist in drafting research materials and other tasks leading up to final report preparation.

  (2) Qual studies: content analysis, summary of IDIs, assist in qual report preparation, etc.

  (3) Quant studies: table specs, codeframes, report charting, etc.

  You will experience:

  (1) Reviews client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality. Follows internal data verification protocols. Researches, analyzes and responds to client inquiries that are routine in nature.

  You will experience:

  (1) Develop and implement research related to the Health Economics, Outcomes Research & Real-World Evidence (HEOR & RWE) business areas (economic modelling, observational studies, systematic reviews & meta-analysis, value communication, pricing & market access strategy).

  (2) Develop value-evidence strategies, product value dossiers and value communications for clients.

  (3) Design and conduct observational studies: protocol development, methodology/statistical analysis plan, study reports, manuscript writing, etc.

  (4) Project management / client liaison including client management tasks, attend client and other external meetings and presentations of own research / analysis.

  (5) Carry out research and draft reports for projects delivering strategic advice to clients on pricing, reimbursement and market access.

  You should be able to demonstrate:

  (1) PhD/master degree in the Health Economics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy administration, public health, micro economics, biostatistics, data science or related fields.

  (2) Strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistical software such as STATA and SAS.

  (3) Strong research experience in the HEOR/RWE area in consulting/pharma/academia.

  (4) Track record of publications in English peer-reviewed journals.

  (2) Technical knowledge/skills include: Regression analysis, sampling, basic knowledge of SAS programming languages.
